Sold in packages of 5, or newly available this year- purchase these candies in bulk amounts of 25, 50, or 100 count at a discount! Packaging will be individually wrapped candies in ziplock freezer bags for bulk orders.

Chewy caramels that are the perfect blend of creamy smoothness and buttery flavor are the result of meticulous attention to detail and effort to create the perfect decadent dessert.

Our fresh, creamy goat’s milk is transformed over many hours of low heat, careful stirring, and constant attention to sweetened condensed milk which serves as the base ingredient for these candies. The addition of brown sugar, butter, light corn syrup, and a homemade specialty vanilla extract create the ideal blend for the maximum return in flavor and texture. Heated to a specific temperature and maintained for a set time, the mixture transforms into molten caramel, ready to be poured and cooled. After thorough cooling, the caramels are removed from their mold and individually cut and wrapped in wax paper.

We like to say these caramels are “Hand milked, handmade, hand poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped”.

With attention to detail like this in every caramel, they are sure to please. We offer two varieties this season, our original flavor and a salted caramel, which has the addition of coarse kosher salt on the top.

A fantastic treat for someone special or just for yourself, these will not stay in stock long. We will strive to make continuous fresh batches every week through the holiday season as our milking season continues, however, the natural rhythms of our dairy goats require a period of being dry before kidding season, so these will not be in stock year round.

These caramels are said to keep indefinitely in the freezer, so it is advisable to purchase enough to freeze, if you require a year round supply of caramel for your sweet tooth.
