Barred Plymouth Rock chickens are an American breed first shown in Boston in 1849. Barred Plymouth Rocks are a dual purpose breed and lay large brown eggs at a rate of about 200 per year. They have calm, friendly temperaments and make an attractive addition to any backyard flock.

Brooded from day old chicks to maturity in small batches to ensure exceptional levels of health and tame temperament. These birds are handled daily and grown out on our farm. They come from purebred, reputable stock and are vaccinated after hatching.

Available for pick up now, but will not be laying eggs until June/July this year.
