Buff Orpington chickens originated in England, but after being shown in Madison Square Gardens in 1895, they quickly gained popularity in America. Orpingtons lay 175-200 light brown eggs a year.

Brooded from day old chicks to maturity at age 20-24 weeks in small batches to ensure exceptional levels of health and tame temperament. These birds were vaccinated after hatching and come from purebred reputable stock. They are handled daily.

Available now for pickup, and will start laying eggs in June/July this year.
